Shaden Travel Agency is based in Arusha, Tanzania, and supports both everyday travel and complex journeys. Instead of asking travellers to coordinate separate providers, we help connect flights, accommodation, visa preparation, transport, tours, and hospitality needs through one point of contact.

Arusha gives that work a special perspective. It is a gateway to the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Kilimanjaro, and wider East Africa—where commercial flights, private aviation, road transfers, lodges, and safari circuits often need to work together.

Our role is to make those moving parts easier to manage. Whether you need a single air ticket, a hotel and transfer, a charter flight, or a complete tour, we build the service around your route, timing, and priorities.
